Last month I had a sleep study. They slapped all sorts of wires and sensors on me and then expected me to sleep all night while they monitored my every move. Turns out I have a mild case of sleep apnea. They said I stop breathing and then wake myself up to start again about 10 times an hour - approx. every 6 minutes. Tonight I get to go back and get a CPAP - a breathing machine to keep me from having apnea episodes. I don't know what MY machine will look like, but I expect it will be something like this one. This sure will spice things up in the bedroom 'eh? Jerry has been teasing me on a regular basis about how I'll be just like Darth Vader when using it. I just want a good night's sleep.
